What is MADconcert?

MADconcert stands for Make a Difference Concert.  Each show is a place where young people can meet their favorite social media stars in form of a concert, as well as a meet and greet after the show.  The purpose behind these concerts is to let young people know that you are never too young to make a difference.   As well as creating a fun environment where everyone can have a good time. 


How long is the concert? 

Events are typically 3-5 hours. General admission ticket holder can expect about 2-3 hours worth of music and fun.  VIP meet and greet ticket holder can expect about an additional 1-2 hours after the show for meet and greet. 


Does a Parent have to purchase a ticket?

Every person, regardless of age, who enters the venue is required to have a ticket. Parent tickets are available for sale at a discounted price; most shows will have a Parents Lounge for chaperones to comfortably wait for their child.  


Can I drop off my child and leave?

Most concert goers attend the show with an adult chaperone.  It is up to you to decide if your child is responsible enough to attend without adult supervision. If you feel your child can attend the event without your supervision, plan ahead for places to meet-up. Ensure your child has your phone number, and alternate contacts in case of emergencies. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED IN WITHOUT A TICKET. PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY HAVE ONE PRIOR TO LEAVING THEM. 


Is there parking?

Adequate parking is available at the venue unless otherwise stated. 


What is the age range for MADconert?

MADconcert is a family friendly event. Most show goers are teenagers. We trust you will use your best judgment in determining whether your child should be allowed to attend. We always encourage chaperones to accompany minors. 


Can we buy tickets at the door?

We suggest buying tickets in advance on Eventbrite. Our venues have limited capacity, sold out shows will not have tickets available at the door. No one will be admitted without a ticket. 


Will my child need money?

Food and beverage will available for purchase at the show.  T-shirts and other talent merchandise will be for sale, so plan accordingly. No outside food or beverages will be permitted. 


Should my child bring their own camera and how much time will they have with each artist?

Each guest will have their moment with each artist to say hello, hug, and take a picture/selfie. Once they have taken a picture, they will move onto the next artist to keep a smooth flow. BRING YOUR OWN CAMERA or CAMERA PHONE/DEVICE, we will have staff on hand to take pictures for you, but you will need your own equipment. We assume no risk of your own personal property. 


Is there security?

Yes, there is dedicated security team at each event to assure the safety of everyone at the event.


 Is Alcohol available at the event?

At some venues, alcohol will be available for purchase in a separate room to anyone of age with valid government-issued photo identification. These areas will be away from main event area and protected by security to ensure no one enters without proper identification of age. No alcohol will be allowed outside of designated areas. Anyone violating these rules will be asked to leave. 


What is your refund policy?

To keep costs low and to be considerate of the charities we serve, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
